TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing or agreeing to a service you agree to: 

1. Pay for services on completion of the purchased service in line with the invoice provided. Payment is to be made on receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing before any work is undertaken. 

2. Pay for any material costs or parts up front before the work has been undertaken. Loughborough Technology Support will advise the lead times and costs before any money changes hands. 

3. Not hold Loughborough Technology Support liable for any loss of data / loss of service / loss of revenue or damage to property from any work undertaken, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand. 

4. Loughborough Technology Support being able to access the data or OS of any equipment given in order to carry out the works agreed and paid for. Loughborough Technology Support agrees to only use the data for the intended purpose of the service purchased, it will not be copied or transferred or sold to any third party's. Any data that has to copied to fulfill the service purchased will be deleted on completion of work and securely erased. 

5. Back up and secure your data before providing any device to Loughborough Technology Support, with the understand that the data on the device may be wiped as part of the work agreed. 

6. Provide Loughborough Technology Support with any passwords or product keys needed to complete and work agreed. These may be stored for the duration of the work but will then be securely erased.

This privacy policy sets out how Loughborough Technology Support uses and protects any information that you give Loughborough Technology Support when you use this website. Loughborough Technology Support is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. LTS may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

You can request full deletion of your data, or edit your data by emailing us at [email protected] and providing proof that you are the authorized person to request such changes. We will then endeavour to make the changes as soon as possible.​​

Any personal information is stored and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the reason for which it was collected.

If you use us for data recovery, PC upgrades or other services which involve the transfer of data, LTS will keep your personal data as private as possible, and it shall only be used in the purpose of data transfer as agreed when purchasing a service from us (Hard drive upgrade, new computer set up etc...). We reserve the right to check to ensure the data has transferred correctly and has not corrupted. We strongly recommend removing any sensitive information from the device(s) before handing it over to us to ensure your privacy remains in tact. We strongly recommend backing up your data from time to time so that any upgrades / recovery / fixes can be completed without loss of data and loss of privacy. 

HOW WE USE COOKIES
