"Couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Our internet completely crashed, BT told us they wouldn’t be able to resolve issue over the phone, we needed to wait for 3 days for someone to come out to take a look. Due to having a crucial work deadline I gave Loughborough Technology Support a go. Explained the situation to them, someone came out within the hour and had us back up and running again in no time! Great service."

"Thanks LTS for fixing the unfixable.
My laptop was in an utter state, with both software and hardware issues, and wouldnt boot without blue screening.
Thought it was a write off. I contacted LTS and their engineer actually managed to repair it!
Highly recommended service."

"LTS recently carried out an SSD upgrade on my MacBook. It was running really slow, both on start up and to open anything. It was really frustrating and I didn’t know how to sort it. LTS knew how to resolve the issue straight away. They explained clearly what the problem was and in terms I understood. "A big thanks to LTS for installing a wifi system between two metal clad buildings to enable an improvement to a business critical application. Basically the two buildings were acting as faraday cages blocking wifi signals but with advice and input from LTS this was overcome to enable the purchase of appropriate equipment and then a site visit from LTS to install and configure said equipment. This was done at a high security Aviation site for a blue chip company and although I am not allowed to say which company, we look after all the mail in the UK. Many thanks LTS and I thoroughly recommend them."
